Accommodation

The cottages of the Plas Cadant Estate are stunning stone built properties, each cottage and room with their own unique character. In all we have 2 single rooms, 3 twin rooms, and 6 double rooms to cater up to 20 people. The bathroom facilities are shared.

The Coach house is the largest property on the estate, accommodating 10 of our guests across two spacious floor. We have a gorgeous social dining space for our meals, nibbles and chats. There is a beautiful open fire which is perfect for curling up after a bracing walk.

All of our catering will be done from the Coach House. Simple, comfortable décor makes for a home from home. Oak beams, local slate paved flooring, wood burning stove, blankets. It is hygge heaven.

Location

Plas Cadnant is magical. It’s in the name, the hidden gardens form part of the 21-acre private parkland estate which seems to provide fields and views that roll on for days. Down at the bottom of the garden the beauty of it all opens up. A glittering whirling river moves quickly into a majestic waterfall. A place to really lose yourself and just be present in your moments.

The cottages are nestled in the estate, private and secluded. Only joined by visitors coming to peak at the gardens during daytime opening hours. For sunrise and set they are all ours 

Pilates Space

Beyond the private Garden of one of our cottages you will find a purpose built oak framed building which is absolutely perfect for Pilates practice. Bright open space, oak beams and under floor heating. Nestled in the staggering surrounding gardens it’s the perfect personal escape we need it to be.

The food

I am very passionate about healthy eating and see it as a significant and important part of our wellbeing. The food on our retreats are an integral part of your experience. We place great emphasis on warming and nourishing meals. Our food features interesting vegetarian options, treats made without sugar or dairy and low/no wheat and gluten where required. I’m a big lover of finding a healthy balance with food and our approach to this weekend is just the ticket.

We will host an unlimited supply of herbal teas, fruit infused water, fruit and snacks to keep you fulfilled throughout the weekend as well as the hearty and soulful meals we will serve each day.

6pm – 7pm: Pilates stretch out your day
7.30pm: Dinner
9.30pm – 10pm: get Zzzzz ready Tai Chi

A deposit of £100 required upon booking to secure your place.
