Our Yoga classes take you through a series of physical flowing movements. We place our focus in our deep rooted Pilates principles of alignment, breath and posture.

Annaliese leads a gentle but energising flow designed to bring vitality and balance back to body and mind. We always make time for an indulgent and meditative chillax at the end of each session. Annaliese whisks you off to a place of calm with her soothing voice and wonderful visualisations.
